Store Terms

Fair Growth Thornbury (FGT) is a volunteer-run, unincorporated community group. We sell merchandise to help raise funds for our advocacy activities. All products are made, fulfilled and shipped by a third-party provider, Printful.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Third-Party Fulfilment

All merchandise orders are produced, fulfilled and delivered by Printful. FGT does not manufacture, handle or ship any products directly.

2. Application of Printful’s Terms

Printful’s own Terms of Service, Policies and Fulfilment Guidelines apply to all orders. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Order processing and production

  • Shipping, delivery timeframes and tracking

  • Product quality and defects

  • Refunds, returns and replacements

  • Any limitations or conditions set by Printful

You can view Printful’s terms here: https://www.printful.com/policies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printful—not FGT—is responsible for any issues arising from the manufacture, fulfilment, delivery or quality of merchandise.

3. FGT’s Role

FGT simply provides the designs and collects funds as part of our community fundraising activities. Aside from this, we do not take responsibility for Printful’s fulfilment processes or decisions.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed on our website. Payments are strictly through bank transfer to minimise fees for FGT.

5. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Returns, refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with Printful’s policies. Please review Printful’s guidelines and contact them (or us, if required) if you believe your item is defective or has not arrived.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, FGT is not liable for:

  • Delays in production or delivery

  • Product defects, sizing issues or printing errors

  • Lost, stolen or damaged packages

  • Any costs, losses or damages arising from Printful’s services

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply and are not limited by this clause.

7. Contact

If you have a question about your order, you can contact us at:

fairgrowththornbury@gmail.com

We will do our best to assist or direct you to Printful where appropriate.

Our terms and conditions consist of our website terms and our store terms. Both are contained below.
